I worked with Hazel between January and July 2018 when she was Head of the Dental Complaints Service (DCS).

Hazel has always maintained high standards while carrying out her role, both personally and through her team. While leading her team to assist in reaching timely resolutions to private dental complaints, her focus was to be empathetic and fair.

Hazel has worked very closely with the dental industry since launching the DCS in 2006, attending speaking engagements for dental students, manning a DCS stand at dental exhibitions and conferences and also creating a stakeholder group  to share knowledge and best practise for private dental professionals.

I am sure that her experience, determination and commitment to deliver will mean that her clients receive the best possible service.
